Higel Pre-made Agarose gel은

• Agarose gel을 직접 만들 필요가 없어 전기영동에 필요한 시간이 크게 단축되며,
• Agarose gel을 만들기 위한 기구나 공간을 절약할 수 있으며,
• 정확한 농도로 최적화된 agarose gel을 사용하여 항상 균일한 결과를 얻을 수 있으며,
• 필요한 종류의 agarose gel을 필요한 양만큼 구입하여 사용할 수 있으므로 경제적입니다.

사용방법

1. Higel Pre-made Agarose gel의 권장 사용 기간은 빛이 차단된 상태의 실온에서 약 6개월입니다.
2. EtBr이 포함된 제품을 사용할 경우 꼭 실험용 장갑을 착용하시기 바랍니다.
3. 제품 포장의 위쪽 홈을 따라 절개를 하고, gel을 꺼낸 후 cover를 벗기십시오.
4. 아래 쪽 cast는 제거하지 마시고, 전기영동 tank에 넣으십시오.
5. 전기영동이 끝난 우 cast에서 gel을 분리하여 trans-illuminator에 올려 놓고 확인하십시오. Cast는 UV를 잘 통과시키지 않습니다.

보관방법

• 고온을 피하고, 박스를 항상 닫아 빛을 차단해 주십시오.
• 냉장고(4도 이상, 얼지 않도록 주의)에 보관할 경우 보다 오래 보관하실 수 있습니다.

How to use Precast Gels

1. Open the Gel Pouch Using Scissors
2. Pill off the Seal Cover, pour out completely the Residual Buffer
3. Remove the Up &Down sides of the tray (with gel in) with Ladder Banks by flexing them down &away one side at a time
4. Measure the internal height of your gel box to make the 14well Tray Holder fit to it. Insert the side of the gel tray holder clip, placing the gel tray at the bottom of the gel box, hang another end of the try holder over the gel box wall.
5. If you have a sample gel and do not have the gel tray holder, simply place the tray at the bottom of the gel box with left side flush with the side wall of the gel box. Use peppit tip to stabilize the gel trays.
6. Add Buffer (1XTAE or TBE) into the gel box. Load DNA or RNA samples. Cover the gel box, run Electrophoresis.
   Safe Disposal Precast Gels
   You can dispose the precast gel after using into the regular garbage can let it dry out, it will be totally safe and non-haxardous
   Caution: Gloves should be worn.
